Lehigh Valley native brings a passion for relationships, hospitality and community connection to the growing agency.

Turnstone Creative, a Lehigh Valley-based strategic communications, marketing and video production agency, has named Giovanni Amodei manager of strategic growth, bringing more than a decade of sales and relationship management experience to the agency's business development efforts.

Giovanni Amodei

A lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, Amodei grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship through his family’s restaurants, where he developed an early appreciation for hospitality, community and the importance of building genuine relationships. Those experiences shaped his career path and continue to influence how he approaches connecting with people and organizations.

“As Turnstone grows, we want to be just as intentional about how we build new relationships as we are about the work we deliver,” said Tina Hasselbusch, CEO and co-founder of Turnstone Creative. “Gio understands this community, but more importantly, he knows how to listen, recognize where there is an opportunity to help and build trust over time. That makes him a natural fit for Turnstone and for this role.”

As manager of strategic growth, Amodei will lead the organization’s business and partnership development efforts. Working across Turnstone’s departments, he will help understand prospective clients’ needs, identify opportunities where the agency can add value and connect organizations with the right combination of Turnstone’s expertise and services.

“Gio is naturally curious about people and their businesses, and that matters in this role,” said Katie Santana, president of Turnstone Creative. “He isn’t approaching business development as a transaction. He wants to understand what an organization is trying to accomplish and then determine whether and how Turnstone can help.”

Amodei brings more than a decade of experience building client relationships and driving business growth across the food distribution and manufacturing industries. Most recently, he spent seven years as an area manager for a national food manufacturer supporting the Pennsylvania region. Previously, he spent five years with a national food distributor, where he worked in purchasing before transitioning into a territory manager role serving the Lehigh Valley market.

Amodei earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester University

"Growing up in my family’s business, I learned early that success is built on relationships, trust and being invested in the community around you,” said Amodei. “Those lessons have guided me throughout my career and are a big part of why Turnstone felt like the right fit. I’m excited to help strengthen connections across the Lehigh Valley and support organizations that are making an impact in our community.”
