Tina Hasselbusch is Turnstone Creative’s co-founder and chief executive officer. She brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR and fundraising to her leadership role. As CEO, Tina leads Turnstone's strategic direction, ensuring the company remains strong, creative and aligned with its purpose.

In 2012, Tina launched ASR Media, an award-winning production company, alongside Turnstone’s co-founder, Ashley Russo. In 2017, Tina branched off to form Social T Marketing & PR, a boutique marketing firm servicing the Lehigh Valley and beyond. In 2026, Social T Marketing & PR and ASR Media merged to form Turnstone Creative.

Tina’s leadership and dedication to quality have earned her consistent recognition, including the 2024 Excellent Micro-Business Award from the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s (GLVCC) Small Business Council and a 2025 Empowering Women Award from Lehigh Valley Business.

Tina actively supports the community, serving on various committees, including New Bethany’s Paving the Way Campaign, the Girl Scouts of Eastern PA (GSEP) Golf for Girls and Take the Lead, and the Lehigh Valley Food and Wine Festival.

She sits on several nonprofit boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of Allentown and GLVCC’s Marketing & Communications Advisors Board. She is a member of Women United, United Way’s Tocqueville Society, the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s Women’s Giving Circle, and an inaugural member of Miller-Keystone Blood Center’s Tech Heroes.

Tina has previously chaired local organizations and event committees, including the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Council, GSEP’s Take the Lead event, the Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit, and the ATHENA Awards.

She has been recognized as a Woman of Style by Lehigh Valley Style, a Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business, and received Bethlehem YWCA’s Woman of the Year award. Additionally, she is a Mid-Atlantic Emmy® nominee.

Tina earned a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and her master’s from Drexel University
