Stephanie Mettler is Turnstone Creative’s vice president of client experience. In her role, Stephanie leads client experience, ensuring each partnership is well-supported, strategic and built on trust. She bridges client relationships and internal execution, setting the standard for communication, delivery and satisfaction.

Stephanie joined ASR Media in 2018 and, following the merger with Social T Marketing & PR, continues her leadership journey at Turnstone.

She has received two Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy® awards and was named to Lehigh Valley Business’s Forty Under 40 list in 2025.

Stephanie currently serves as a board member and co-chair of the event committee for the Young Professionals Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, where she plays a vital part in developing inclusive events and meaningful growth opportunities for emerging leaders. She also serves on the marketing committee at Wildlands Conservancy.

Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in media studies and production from Temple University, and her associate’s degree in communications from Northampton Community College.

Outside of work, Steph spends her weekends at the Jersey Shore, attending concerts, playing recreational volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
