Rachel Moyer is Vice President of Operations at Turnstone Creative, where she ensures the business runs efficiently, transparently and with excellence across all departments. As a key member of the executive team, Rachel drives accountability, consistency, and scalable growth while supporting a healthy, connected company culture.

She joined Social T Marketing & PR in 2018 where she rose to the position of director or operations.  Following the merger with ASR Media, Rachel continues her leadership journey at Turnstone.

Rachel is active in the community, serving on the boards of Danny’s Ride and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council, as well as several community organization committees, including chair of the Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit’s marketing committee, the Bethlehem-Patillas Sister City Committee, Communities in Schools of Eastern PA, Downtown Allentown Business Association and the Allentown Chamber of Commerce. Rachel is also a member of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s Women United.

In 2024, Rachel was named one of Lehigh Valley Business’s Women to Watch.

Rachel earned her bachelor’s degrees in public relations and Spanish from Susquehanna University.
