Katie Santana, president of Turnstone Creative and creative director of Fig Lehigh Valley, is a two-time Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy® winner and 16-time nominee. Katie leads a team of dedicated marketing and video production professionals, overseeing client strategy and campaign execution, as well as the production of four quarterly editions of Fig Lehigh Valley. 

She was instrumental in the founding of ASR Media in 2012, rising to the position of president. Following the merger with Social T Marketing & PR, she continues her leadership journey at Turnstone, where she plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth.

A strong advocate for community service, Katie volunteers with the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, the River Crossing YMCA, and the Miller-Keystone Blood Center. She is also a member of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley's Tocqueville Society and Women United. In 2024, the American Heart Association named her a Leader of Impact. In addition, Lehigh Valley Business included her in its 2023 Forty Under 40 list. She was honored as one of the Distinguished Honorees for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and received the Spirit of Volunteerism award in 2016 from the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley. Katie was also named one of the Finest Under Forty for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2014.

She serves as secretary of the River Crossing YMCA’s Lehigh Valley Regional Advisory Board and is a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Council. She currently serves a two-year term as co-chair of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania’s annual event, Take the Lead Lehigh Valley. Additionally, she is on Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s Gala in the Garden Committee and is an Ambassador of Hope for the Cancer Support Community.

Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in television/film from DeSales University in 2012 and has been working with Turnstone ever since.

In her free time, Katie loves adventuring with her husband and two little ones, discovering new restaurants (because negotiating with toddlers at mealtime is a battle she’s happy to lose), and embracing the beautiful chaos of parenthood, one snack request at a time.
